small group training - Valued at $240

You'll have a 2 week pass to try out our small group training. Classes are offered mornings, evenings and weekends. This is your chance to experience our unique approach to personal training in small groups. We will be right there with you, with weekly check-ins to assess if our strategy is on track, troubleshoot any movements that need more attention, and adjust our plan of action as needed. After your launch kit, we will guide you towards a monthly training program that meets the needs of your lifestyle, and keeps you on the road to results. We customize these memberships based on the needs of each client. They may include a combination of personal training, small group training, and nutrition coaching. Contact us to find out more!

I’ve never really enjoyed working out and have lots of injuries that made me scared of hurting myself in the gym. When I signed up for my first private session with Hannah, I was nervous but hopeful. After the first few sessions, it was clear that Hannah and Will would help me gain strength without hurting myself, build up my confidence, and hold me accountable.

I’m currently doing a combination of 1-on-1 sessions and small group classes. The classes have no more than 4 people, so Will and Hannah are able to make sure you’re using the right technique and that each exercise is adapted to your physical needs. The classes often push me out of my comfort zone—in a good way. I’ve been surprised by the amount I’ve been able to do and my progress in such a short amount of time.
