We want to meet you where you are
We like to start all new clients with a complimentary coaching call. In this 20 minute session, we will discuss your current goals and vision, examine what is preventing you from moving forward with these goals, and identify a realistic first step towards improving your health and fitness.
Together we will create some accountability tools that will keep you on track as you put this new habit into practice.
At the end of the call, we might decide to keep working together, or we might discover that what you need is different than what we do. If that’s the case, we will happily connect you with another practitioner from our trusted network.
The initial Session
In order to deliver results, we need to know where we are starting from. All new clients will meet one-on-one with one of our senior coaches and together we will take the time to identify what your success will look like, uncover potential road blocks, and create your personalized training plan. This includes a physical assessment, so be dressed to workout! Schedule your Initial Session
small group training
This is our unique approach to personal training. Classes are offered mornings, evenings and weekends. We keep the class size small (8 people max) so that we can give individual attention to each client. The culture of our classes is more like a personal training session than a group fitness class. We warm up together, then dive into a strength circuit. The emphasis is on working at the right intensity level for you, at your own pace. You’ll have camaraderie and support from your team mates, without the pressure to “keep up with the group.” Members get a significant discount on Private Sessions (55 min or 25min), so that you can meet 1-1 with your coach to assess if our strategy is on track, troubleshoot any movements that need more attention, and adjust our plan of action as needed. After your Initial Session, we will guide you towards a monthly training program that meets the needs of your lifestyle, and keeps you on the road to results. We customize these memberships based on the needs of each client. They may include a combination of personal training, small group training, and Kinstretch mobility work. Contact us to find out more!
